- Clear photos showing the issue
Because each product is personalized, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for customer-submitted errors, including incorrect spelling, inaccurate information, or low-quality uploaded photos.
We are also unable to replace or refund products damaged by improper handling, storage, or care after delivery.
