What is Still Novel’s return, exchange, and cancellation policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your Still Novel order. Because each situation is different, please contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order, report damage, or request help with your purchase.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within one hour of purchase. After one hour, your order enters print production and cannot be canceled for a full refund.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 50% refund of the order total.
To request a cancellation, email orders@stillnovel.com as soon as possible.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, email support@stillnovel.com within 14 business days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- A clear photo of the shipping label
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Our team will respond within approximately 24 business hours and arrange a replacement.
Returns, exchanges, or concerns about your order
Our goal is for you to love your finished art print. If you are unhappy with your order or believe something is wrong, contact support@stillnovel.com within 14 business days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
