What is your return/exchange policy?

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order,  it needs to be done within ONE hour of placing the order, after one hour, your order has entered into print production and we are unable to cancel without penalty. We are happy to provide a 50% refund of the order total if canceled within 24 hours. Please contact us at orders@stillnovel.com if you need to cancel the order after one hour.

My product arrived damaged
Though rare, this does happen on occasion. We are here to help! Please contact us directly and provide images of the shipping label and damaged goods to support@stillnovel.com. We will reply within 24 hours and process a replacement immediately. All damaged products must be reported within 14 business days after received.

I am unhappy with my order
