Can I change or remove the photo filter on my print?
You can adjust the exposure of your photo, but our custom photo filters cannot be modified. Each filter is designed to maintain consistent print colors and keep personalized text clear and easy to read.You may select the “No Filter” option if you do not want the color of your photo adjusted. -
Can I change the fonts or colors used?
No, the fonts, typography sizes, and color treatments used in our designs cannot be changed. These elements are carefully selected and preset to make personalizing your print quick and easy while ensuring a polished final result. -
Do you have modifications for Adoption?
We can customize your print after your order by manually by swapping "you were x days early" with "you were adopted on x,x,xxxx ". If there are any other fields that do not pertain to you, let us know and we are always willing to customize those areas as well. Read more... -

What image file formats and resolution do you accept?

Why can’t I select a PM time from the dropdown menu?
The time dropdown includes both AM and PM options. Scroll farther down in the hour menu to view and select the available PM times. -
